The biggest reason we left was simple: when we needed our agent, he was nowhere to be found. Phone calls weren't returned, voicemails went unanswered, and emails often required multiple follow-ups before getting a response. Most recently, we repeatedly tried to reach Aaron regarding our Professional Liability policy before renewal and never received a callback.
Insurance isn't just about collecting premiums—it's about being there when your clients need advice and support. After waiting in frustration, we moved our coverage to other company. Ironically, once they realized we had switched, the calls suddenly started coming.
Twenty years of loyalty meant nothing. Once the policies were sold, we felt completely forgotten. I cannot recommend an insurance agent who is unavailable when his clients need him most."
